Windfarm Sangamon One LLC Western Sangamon County - Illinois The project area is located in western Sangamon County. The project is bounded from the State Highway No. 125 to the north, Macoupin County to the south and Morgan County to the west.
Rating of Project: 400 MW plus No. of Turbines: 200 WTG plus Proposed Turbine: 2.0 MW - 3.0 MW
- up to 295 ft Rotor Diameter Site Area: 40,000 acres
Utilize 0.25 to 0.35 acres per turbine location including access roads. Electrical transmission lines are buried below grade.
