Windfarm Sugar Creek Two LLC Logan County - Illinois The project (>>map<<) is located in the Hurlbut and South Corwin townships in western Logan County and bounded by Road 1100TH to the north - south and west from the Sangamon and Menard County line - and in the east from the Interstate Highway and a 11 mile setback radius to the weather radar station in Lincoln.
Rating of Project: approx. 180 - 200 MW No. of Turbines: approx. 90 - 100 WTG Proposed Turbine: 2.0 MW
- up to 295 ft Rotor Diameter Site Area: approx. 17,500 acres
Utilize 0.25 to 0.35 acres per turbine location including access roads. Electrical transmission lines are buried below grade.
